As part of our call from God to mission to the community,
we at Messiah have begun a gardening program to help serve the food needs of our fellow brothers and sisters.

Messiah's Victory Garden is being grown on land
belonging to a member of Messiah and is tended with
volunteers. Other members with gardens are also
contributing vegetables.

We are also growing smaller garden here at Messiah
tended by volunteers. 
The vegetables grown and
harvested from these gardens will
be given to anyone in our community
who may want or need them.
Excess vegetables will be given to
Mustard Seed.

This mission of community is not exclusive to Messiah members with gardens.
Anyone feeling the "call" and would like to help improve the life and health of others
is welcomed and encouraged to help us in Messiah's garden as well as
bring your own garden products and participate in our Saturday distribution
of vegetables.  This may also include fruits, herbs and other fresh food products.
God would say, "It's good!"

If you know of anyone home bound, sick, elderly, etc. who cannot get to the
church for free vegetables and herbs from our Messiah Victory Garden,
